We'll dry tents & shade structures Tents & shade structures almost always get a little wet, whether from rain or just morning dew. Most people find it very difficult to fully dry them out, because you need a lot of space to fully stretch & spread out the fabric for several hours to dry (wiping down doesn't really work). If you decline Water Guard & any part of the item is still damp (as assessed by our team during our checking process), we charge a $30 drying fee per tent or shade structure

We'll cover minor damages & small parts lost For all the rental items in your order, e.g., tent stakes, goggle bags, gear straps, etc. We may still have to charge for significant damage (e.g., where the entire item just needs to be replaced), or for major parts lost (e.g., the replacement cost of a rainfly is in many cases equivalent to a new tent)

We'll provide enough RENTAL tote bags for all items that fit Bags must be returned! Please note, this can only be de-selected if you're picking up at Last Minute Gear itself, since our other outposts need us to use bags to help keep different orders separated
